Rehabilitation
If you’re recovering from any injuries, struggling with chronic pain, or simply looking to rebuild confidence in your body—you’re not alone. Our rehabilitation programme is here to support you in regaining strength, improving mobility, and learning how to manage pain through thoughtful movement. We’ll guide you toward moving well in your daily life, so you can live with less worry about your body holding you back and more freedom to do the things you love.
Cancer Rehabilitation
Navigating life during or after cancer can be physically and emotionally overwhelming—but you don’t have to face it alone. Our oncology rehabilitation programme is tailored to support you in rebuilding strength, reducing cancer-related fatigue, and improving your quality of life through safe, personalised movement.
This programme is led by our founder, Ashley, who holds a Master’s in Exercise Medicine (Oncology). With her specialised training and compassionate approach, we’re here to walk alongside you through every stage of recovery—helping you regain confidence, strength, and a sense of normalcy in your body again. And with our warm, supportive community by your side, you’ll be reminded that you’re never walking this journey alone.


Buddy Training
Everything’s better with a buddy—especially training! You’ll receive all the personalised guidance, support, and programming we offer in our 1-on-1 personal training sessions—but now, it’s double the fun. Whether you’re training with a friend, partner, or family member, we tailor the session to both your needs, so you can stay motivated, challenge each other, and grow stronger together.
Strength Training
Strength is for everyone—regardless of age, background, or experience. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to refine your form, our strength training programme is designed to help you build real, functional strength and feel empowered in your body. We’re here to guide you through each movement safely and confidently, so you can train independently with proper form and purpose, wherever you are.


Pre and Post Natal
Every stage of motherhood deserves support—and that includes how you move and care for your body. Our pre and post natal training programme is thoughtfully designed to guide you through safe, effective exercise during pregnancy and after birth. These sessions are tailored to support you in carrying your baby with strength and ease—both throughout your pregnancy and as your little one grows. From managing changes in your body to rebuilding confidence, we’re here to walk with you through each phase with care, knowledge, and encouragement.
